North Southampton Community Forum was formed in 2009/10 as a result from the restructuring of both Community Action Forums and Neighbourhood Partnerships in the preceding years. Formerly known as Bassett, Highfield & Swaythling Community Action Forum the group was formed to help support and represent the residents of North Southampton and their respective Residents Associations.
